I'm currently leading JOBINTECH employment-integration initiatives at Maroc Numeric Cluster, connecting learners with companies and aligning training programmes with real recruitment needs.
Previously, I managed TÜV Rheinland Maroc Academy, leading teams, training sales and marketing, procurement, client proposals, and public-sector projects including the import certification programme with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce. I also launched and activated an e-learning webshop.
As an independent consultant and former Business & Marketing Manager at MCC, I've diagnosed organisations, optimised business processes, led transformation projects, and developed commercial and communication strategies. I'm an IRCA-certified ISO 9001:2015 auditor with experience in quality, process compliance, project delivery, and team management.
