At Meridian World School, I'm building an 18+ transition program that brings together individualized learning, vocational activities, community partnerships, and daily operations.
I coordinate activities, stakeholder communication, scheduling, progress monitoring, and resources to support participant readiness and engagement.
As Director of Special Education & Section 504 Services, I supervised 39 professionals and supported services for approximately 400 students. I developed a compliance recovery action plan with clear owners, deadlines, and monitoring processes.
I also audited individualized education plans against state criteria and translated findings into staff training, checklists, and process improvements. My nonprofit service with InKind, Inc. has supported low-income students and families through school supplies, clothing, household assistance, and disaster response.
