I am a dynamic educator and department leader with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating innovative learning solutions for diverse audiences. My proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and analyze learning needs has allowed me to develop engaging, data-driven instructional content that drives impactful learning experiences.

Currently, I serve as the Special Education Department Head at Kentwood Public Schools, where I lead a team of 29 educators. I manage instructional planning, resource allocation, and professional development to ensure high-quality learning outcomes. My focus on collaboration with stakeholders has enabled me to assess learning needs and implement targeted interventions that improve student achievement.
