What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an educational leadership role where I can drive student achievement through instructional coaching, PLCs, and MTSS. I want a collaborative team culture that values data-driven decisions, strong family partnerships, and effective virtual/hybrid instruction.

I’m a dedicated educational leader with 10 years of experience in elementary education and within a virtual learning environment. I bring proven expertise in instructional leadership, data-driven decision-making, and staff development, including leading PLCs, mentoring teachers, and supporting MTSS to drive student achievement.

Most recently, I served in an interim principal capacity supporting K–5 operations, staff supervision, instructional coaching, and school-wide initiatives. I deliver virtual instruction across core subjects, coordinate intervention planning for struggling learners, run professional development, and collaborate with families to strengthen engagement and outcomes.
