What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to further develop educational programs and support educators in their professional growth.

As a dedicated educational leader with extensive experience in virtual charter schools, I have successfully supervised and developed dozens of educators, impacting thousands of students across Oklahoma. My journey began at Epic Charter Schools, where I have held multiple roles, including Principal and Director of Teacher Development. My passion for leadership and professional development drives my commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Throughout my career, I have overseen standardized state testing and directed training initiatives that have empowered hundreds of educators. My strong communicative skills and ability to manage diverse groups have allowed me to cultivate positive relationships while achieving desired outcomes. I am goal-oriented and strive to lead by example, ensuring that every educator I work with feels supported and valued.
