What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead instructional programs, develop systems, coach staff, and strengthen family partnerships to drive measurable student outcomes.

I am an experienced leader and K–8 mathematics educator with a track record of designing engaging curriculum, leading teams, and organizing impactful school and community events. I use data-driven instruction and behavior systems to accelerate student mastery and support scholars multiple grade levels behind.

I have served as Interim Executive Director, Deputy Campus Director, grade-level chair, and math interventionist, where I planned professional development, managed staff and volunteers, and coordinated large family and investor events. I build strong partnerships with families and stakeholders and create efficient systems for whole-school initiatives.

My background includes an MBA in Business Leadership and a B.S. in Middle Childhood Education (Mathematics & Language Arts). I lead with creativity, adaptability, and a focus on measurable outcomes to improve student learning and community engagement.
