Krystle Padilla

As a Tier 1 Online Math Instructor, I provide engaging math instruction to students, focusing on individualized learning and support. My role involves creating lesson plans, assessing student progress, and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.

As Principal of Midland Elementary School, I oversee the educational experience for PreK-4 students, manage staff development, and lead the implementation of a new school building. My focus is on fostering a supportive learning environment and ensuring student success.

In my role as Curriculum & Instruction Director, I coordinate and lead professional development for staff, monitor academic and behavioral interventions, and support over 50 staff members in their professional growth. I also oversee data committees and community outreach programs.

As an Administrative Substitute, I filled in for absent administrators across K-12 levels, providing continuity in leadership and support for staff and students during their absence.

As Interim Associate Principal, I managed disciplinary actions for grades 7 and 8 and led the restructuring and implementation of the Response to Intervention (RtI) program, ensuring effective support for students.

Completed a Masters in Educational Leadership. Illinois Principal Licensure added to Certificate on 12/21/2016.

Obtained a Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology. Middle Level endorsement in English Language Arts and Social Studies.
