What I'm looking for

I seek an elementary teaching role with collaborative culture, leadership opportunities, curriculum work, and clear focus on improving student outcomes and professional growth.

I am an experienced elementary educator and instructional leader with a strong record of classroom success and campus-level support. I combine hands-on teaching with administrative experience to help students reach and exceed academic goals.

During a principal internship I served as administrative support for summer school, chaired Campus Improvement meetings, organized campus-wide project-based learning events, and conducted teacher appraisals using components of the T-Tess rubric. I have led grade-level teams and facilitated instructional planning to improve outcomes.

In the classroom I planned standards-aligned lessons (TEKS), used varied instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs, mentored at-risk students, and maintained open communication with families and staff. I seek roles where I can continue improving student achievement while contributing to a collaborative, growth-oriented school culture.
