Kelly Loyless

I’m an educational leader with 21 years of progressive leadership and instructional experience across public and private school settings, including roles as Principal, Assistant Principal, and Mathematics Teacher. In my current position as Lower School Principal (PreK–5), I improve school performance by developing and implementing data-driven protocols that strengthen teacher and learning practices.

I enhance teacher effectiveness through regular classroom observations and feedback, and I build a positive school culture through a growth mindset, clear school goals, and celebrations that reinforce continuous improvement. I also lead operational effectiveness—managing budgets for academic programs, strengthening campus safety with security personnel and safety protocols, designing mentoring and professional development initiatives with the Head of School, and partnering with families to create strong student support.
