What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an elementary school principal role in DCPS where I can use proven leadership, literacy, instructional coaching, and school-operations experience to strengthen quality education and prepare students for future success.

At Stanton Elementary School, I lead school-wide literacy programming for Preschool through 5th grade, manage assessment systems, and establish data-review protocols and weekly data meetings. I also evaluate and coach teachers using the DCPS IMPACT rubric while leading family engagement around school priorities.

I've built my career across DCPS and Friendship Public Charter Schools, from Pre-K teacher leader to instructional performance coach, Early Childhood Academy Director, assistant principal, and resident principal. I bring deep early childhood experience, real-time teacher coaching, school operations leadership, and a commitment to improving instruction for every child.
