I am an analytical, organized and detail-oriented professional with a foundation in information technology and hands-on sales experience. I build quick, positive relationships and promote teamwork to deliver measurable results.

I completed tertiary coursework at Ghana Communication Technology University and hold WACE and BECE certifications, complemented by an IT @ Workplace primer. I also completed a short internship in Technology, Change and Digital Enablement at Absa Bank Ghana Limited (March–April 2025).

My professional experience includes serving as Assistant Sales Manager at Osman Ventures, where I supported computer distribution and client sales of computer accessories. I combine Microsoft Suite proficiency with practical IT knowledge to support customers and internal teams.

I am respectful, honest and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a readiness to serve in any situation. I am looking to apply my IT and customer-facing skills in roles that value collaboration and continuous learning.
