I'm looking for a suitable role where I can apply my customer service, sales, communication, and digital skills, contribute positively to the organization, and gain valuable professional experience.

I've supported customers, resolved inquiries and complaints, and maintained positive client relationships across two years of customer service work in Accra.

As a Sales Assistant, I helped customers select products, promoted offerings, supported daily sales activities, and contributed to an organized, welcoming environment.

I've also built basic websites through freelance and personal projects, using HTML and CSS to structure and design web pages.
