I am a friendly, energetic hospitality and media support professional with hands-on experience in front desk guest services and video editing. I bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a dedication to creating welcoming experiences for customers and viewers.

During internships, I assisted with editing bulletins, features, and interviews, organized raw footage, and supported production teams in maintaining digital media libraries. I complemented this with front desk responsibilities at a hotel, managing check-ins/check-outs, bookings, and guest inquiries across phone and email.

I have practical skills in customer service, cash and POS handling, basic food and beverage knowledge, and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and Canva. I am fluent in English and Swahili and comfortable balancing multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
