I seek a dynamic organisation where I can apply hospitality and reception skills, resolve guest issues, and grow professionally while contributing to company goals.

I am a customer service professional with a background in hospitality, administrative support, and remote client management. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management at Zetech University, after completing my Diploma in Hospitality Management. My career has focused on helping customers, solving problems quickly, and ensuring positive service experiences.

Most recently, I worked remotely as a Customer Support and Executive Assistant at Cocktail Academy, where I served as the primary contact for client inquiries through phone and email. In this role, I managed calendars and appointments, handled customer concerns, maintained financial and customer records, and drafted professional correspondence. I also improved workflow efficiency by organizing inbox systems and documenting meeting action points, which helped improve response times and overall client Satisfaction.

Earlier in my career, I gained hands-on hospitality experience during my internship at Radisson Blu in Nairobi, where I supported the front office and guest relations teams. I welcomed guests, assisted with check-ins and reservations, addressed guest concerns, and coordinated with housekeeping and food and beverage teams to ensure smooth daily operations. This role strengthened my communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced service environment.

I also worked as a Data Entry Clerk at Virtual-Helper, where I maintained accurate customer databases, verified client records through research, and generated daily reports for management. This role helped me develop strong attention to detail and data management skills.

My core strengths include phone, email, and chat support, CRM and database management, administrative coordination, and strong communication skills. I am comfortable working with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Asana, Monday.com, and Notion. I am passionate about providing excellent customer experiences, building strong client relationships, and supporting teams in achieving efficient operations.

Beyond work, I am interested in continuous professional development, particularly in customer experience, remote collaboration, and business operations. I enjoy learning new digital tools and improving processes that make teams more productive and customers more satisfied.
