I seek a role where I can lead/support teams, improve service quality, deliver training, and resolve escalations in an international environment.

I am an experienced Technical Support professional with a strong background in customer service, team leadership, training and troubleshooting across international, fast-paced environments. I have delivered measurable service improvements, led large trainer teams, managed escalations, and acted as a liaison between support staff and management to resolve recurring issues.

My career includes progressive roles from workshop presenter to Support Consultant and Branch Manager, where I built and led teams (including 72 trainers and multiple team leaders), developed and delivered training programs, improved customer engagement, and coordinated national events to grow reach and performance.
