I am a multilingual customer service and administrative professional with extensive experience supporting international customers across Europe. At Johnson & Johnson, TotalEnergies, Manpower, and Technogym Benelux, I developed expertise in customer care, billing support, inside sales, SAP order processing, claims resolution, executive assistance, and cross-functional coordination.
Fluent in French, Dutch, and English, I am comfortable working remotely with international teams and managing communication across different cultures and markets.
I am also the founder of La Cité Tumaini, where I coordinate education, sanitation, vocational training, and community-support initiatives for vulnerable women and children in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
