I also assist with HR administration and internal process improvements, bringing a structured and accurate approach to supporting people.
Previously, I supported Hubo headquarters' customer service team in Wommelgem, using Salesforce CRM to manage and follow up on customer inquiries and tickets.
During my consulting internship at Verhaert, I worked with stakeholders to develop concepts and MVPs while learning to prioritize tasks and manage my time efficiently. I'm eager to keep developing in administrative, HR, customer service, or support work.
