I am a commercial insurance professional with strong experience broking complex risks and managing a portfolio of 400+ clients, specialising in Fleet and Property Owners policies. I combine hands-on commercial broking with credit underwriting experience to deliver tailored, compliant insurance solutions.

At Howden Insurance I assess and broker commercial risks while ensuring FCA compliance and developing bespoke risk strategies that support retention and growth. Previously, as a Credit Underwriter at Blue Motor Finance I made independent underwriting decisions, performed detailed credit analysis and implemented fraud-detection processes.

I have a proven track record of stakeholder collaboration, insurer negotiations, and process improvement, and I mentor and train colleagues to support team capability. I am progressing through Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualifications to deepen my technical expertise and professional standing.
