What I'm looking for

I am seeking a people-management role in counter-fraud where I can lead remote teams, implement tech-driven prevention, drive operational improvements, and continue professional development toward management and legal qualifications.

I am a highly professional and diligent insurance fraud specialist with over a decade of experience in fraud detection, complex case management and team leadership, consistently delivering multi-million-pound savings and operational improvements.

In my current role I lead remote fraud teams, act as a technical SME, manage supplier and stakeholder relationships, deliver training, overhaul audit processes and maintain a caseload of complex investigations. I have built tools and hubs— including an AI chatbot and in-house training/guidance hubs— to triage referrals and boost team performance.

I prioritise regulatory compliance (GDPR, Fraud Act 2006), robust reporting for internal and external stakeholders, and data-driven fraud prevention strategies, and I am focused on developing people management skills alongside pursuing further legal/management study.
