What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead business development and client acquisition work where I can build outbound sales strategies, strengthen customer relationships, and help grow international market presence.

At Twin Eagle Technologies, I co-founded a Kosovo-based IT staffing company and lead sales for MSPs and growing businesses across the US, Canada, and Australia. I built our ideal customer profile, buyer personas, outbound playbook, and sales offer, including a Coverage Guarantee and client-approval hiring process.

I've also grown sales teams, acquired and retained clients, recruited technology talent for financial-markets organizations, and supported customers across phone, email, and live chat.
