At Teleperformance Kosovo, I lead strategic and tactical personnel deployment across multiple client accounts in different regions. I organize workforce operations for global clients while maintaining efficiency and service quality.

I own capacity planning, real-time performance management, and continuous improvements to Central Real-Time Management control processes. My work uses data-driven decisions to strengthen operational performance and service delivery.

Previously, as a Workforce Analyst, I managed real-time monitoring and operational control for the largest Nearshore project. I adjusted staffing to protect service levels, planned from forecasts and historical trends, and improved scheduling efficiency through analysis and reporting.

I've supported operations of 400+ employees and held full workforce-strategy ownership for teams exceeding 300 people. I bring structured problem-solving, pattern recognition, and Lean Six Sigma practices to improve productivity, stabilize teams, and turn underperforming operations into stronger benchmarks.
