At TechNexus, I lead a Customer Success team and manage 90+ trial and prospective dealership accounts, guiding onboarding, adoption, account health, retention, and conversion to paid subscriptions.

Previously at Litera, I supported 30+ clients and around 10 enterprise customers from onboarding through adoption. I led implementations, training, technical issue resolution, Help Center documentation, and release notes, while helping reactivate two previously inactive clients.

My work at Radix combined customer education, technical support, and data integrity. I created or edited 100+ Help Center articles, launched 20+ Pendo guides, hosted weekly VILT sessions, and helped reduce data errors by 15% while maintaining a 98% customer satisfaction rate.

I turn customer feedback, usability issues, and operational data into clearer processes and product improvements. I enjoy building long-term client relationships, improving customer journeys, and collaborating across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Leadership.
