At Povio, I manage full-cycle talent sourcing in English across diverse global markets—shaping employer branding from market analysis through strategic outreach. I’ve completed 1,000+ interviews, strengthened pipelines using databases, job platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter, and supported data-driven hiring with recruitment metrics and reports.

I also own the People & Culture side of the employee journey, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, participating in hiring committees, and fostering internal communication through newsletters and engagement initiatives. I maintain value-aligned hiring classification and vetting, and I’ve supported high retention through structured internal programs (including intern academies, Slack support, and JSON Builder).

Beyond recruiting, I’m a community builder and educator—running events planning and internal operations with a creative touch, delivering career-prep lectures for tech roles, and guiding candidates on interview skills and career positioning.
