Eugene Kanja
@eugenekanja
I install and troubleshoot wired and wireless networks, restoring reliable connectivity for end-users.
What I'm looking for
I've supported 40+ employees at the Immigration Department in Nairobi, maintaining wired and wireless connectivity in a live government environment. I installed and tested seven RJ45 cables, configured Wi-Fi routers, resolved IP conflicts, and restored connectivity for officer workstations without disrupting public services.
I also configure Windows workstations, printers, photocopiers, and network peripherals while documenting incidents and resolutions. I'm eager to grow in a customer-facing ISP or network support role, bringing practical LAN/WLAN support, clear communication, and a solutions-first approach.
