I've managed customer support, account relationships and remote operations across healthcare, pharmaceutical and e-commerce businesses. At J.A. Davey, I grew an established pharmacy territory from third to first in New South Wales, delivering 21.08% value growth and 41.64% unit growth.

I independently managed portfolios of around 400 pharmacy accounts at Care Pharmaceuticals, supporting major OTC brands including Hydralyte, FESS and Murine. I was twice named Sales Representative of the Year and consistently balanced customer needs, training, stock issues, follow-up and commercial priorities.

I've also led a 10-person Customer Service team at Bausch + Lomb, overseeing KPIs, escalations, coaching, training and high-volume order support. My earlier healthcare support work includes empathetic telephone assistance, product education, complaint handling and CRM record management for patients and healthcare professionals.

More recently, I've built and run two Shopify e-commerce businesses, handling customer enquiries, refunds, fulfillment, product content, SEO and digital operations. I use Salesforce, Perenso, Shopify and AI tools to investigate issues, keep customers informed and follow through on practical solutions.
