I’m looking for a role where I can own customer support and e-commerce operations end-to-end—solving high-volume tickets, protecting data integrity, and improving conversions with analytics.

I’m a customer service and data integrity professional with 2+ years supporting US-based customers and e-commerce operations. I resolve 100+ tickets daily across Gorgias, Shopify, Checkout Champ, and Loop—while maintaining consistently high satisfaction ratings.
