I'm looking for remote English-language customer support, account support, customer success, e-commerce support, or remote operations work where I can build trusted customer relationships, solve issues, and use Shopify and AI tools to improve workflows.

I've built and managed two Shopify e-commerce brands, handling store setup, product content, customer enquiries, fulfillment, supplier coordination, SEO, digital marketing, and order issues independently.

At J.A. Davey, I grew an established pharmacy territory from third to first in New South Wales, delivering 21.08% value growth and 41.64% unit growth. I also ranked number one in New South Wales to budget and second nationally.

At Care Pharmaceuticals, I supported OTC brands including Hydralyte, FESS, and Murine across territories of roughly 400 pharmacies. I was Sales Representative of the Year in 2013 and 2009, and the only representative to exceed 100% performance to budget every year.
