As Corporate Project Manager, I lead Agile projects spanning HR software migration from ADP to Paycor, HiTrust security audits, change management, data workflow design, and a CRM migration for MedSrv. I partner with C-suite leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to manage timelines, risks, adoption, and delivery.

Previously, I directed IT operations through growth from 300 to 1,200+ employees, supported hybrid remote infrastructure, facilitated Agile ceremonies, and mentored teams.
