I'm seeking a remote, full-time role in client support, virtual assistance, lead generation, outreach, CRM management, or content coordination. I value clear communication, reliability, and a professional environment where I can take ownership of tasks and deliver results while growing with an international team.

At Holistic Recovery Bali (HRB), I serve as the primary point of contact for client care at a private residential facility, resolving daily inquiries with discretion and confidentiality. I also manage Instagram content planning, captions, and publishing schedules.

As a Remote Operations & Growth Specialist working with various clients, I handle lead generation and prospect research for Plants by People using Brevo and Apollo. For CMO Connect, I managed external communications and remote team workflows for projects supporting preparations leading up to the FIFA World Cup 2026.

My client support work has included handling inbound calls, customer documentation, and GoHighLevel CRM entries for Fix Apple Now, as well as client intake documentation and support service coordination for Freedom Rehabilitation.
