At Keen Transport / Wallenius Wilhelmsen, I manage 30 to 35 complex warranty claims each month and support approximately $150,000 in annual cost recoveries through documentation, validation, vendor coordination, and enterprise-system follow-through.

I own Global KPI data validation and SharePoint-based document control, maintaining audit-ready repositories, version accuracy, access structures, and 30+ controlled SOPs and digital job aids aligned with ISO expectations.

I coordinate a high-volume maintenance network of external vendors and internal technicians, audit compliance and operational records, and report fleet performance data using Trimble TMT and Omnitracs. I also lead Safety Committee meetings and deliver OSHA-aligned safety training.

Previously at Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence and in military maintenance leadership, I coordinated field service, technician scheduling, parts readiness, maintenance documentation, and technical training in fast-moving, controlled environments.
