I am an Agricultural Engineer with experience in operations coordination, customer service, scheduling, logistics, reporting, and workflow optimization. Most of my professional experience has been in the construction and garage door industry, where I coordinated technicians, managed routes and schedules, communicated with builders and homeowners, handled warranty and service requests, and improved operational processes through Excel-based reporting and tracking systems.

One of my main achievements was developing automated reports and workflow tools that significantly reduced reporting time and improved service coordination and response times. I also helped track KPIs, technician productivity, service profitability, and operational performance to support management decisions.

I am bilingual in English and Spanish and have strong communication skills, especially in customer-facing and team coordination environments. I enjoy solving operational problems, organizing processes, and improving efficiency.
