I’m a Project Manager with 3+ years of experience leading 3,000+ multilingual localization, DTP, regulatory affairs, and content production projects. I focus on project planning, vendor management, budgeting, and clear stakeholder communication—delivering quality, profitability, and on-time results in fast-paced international environments.

In my current role as Localization Project & Vendor Manager, I manage multiple concurrent projects while keeping delivery consistent and client-ready. I coordinate three specialized teams (12 team members) across Localization, DTP, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure alignment with client requirements and smooth execution of workflows.

I assess project requirements, design workflows, and manage resources accordingly. I also maintain project documentation, translation memories, terminology databases, and client assets—then prepare and deliver final client-ready files according to project briefs, style guides, and QA requirements.

Before that, I worked as a Freelance Translator and completed an internship translating commercial, IT, medical, and legal content. I bring strong accuracy and consistency habits from translation work, supported by CAT tools and a Foundations of Project Management background, so I can lead projects with both operational rigor and linguistic attention to detail.
