What I'm looking for

I’m looking for fully remote work during UK business hours, from 09:00 to 17:00 UK time, where I can support UK clients using my knowledge of UK working culture.

At PrimaMed, formerly Medical Precision, I manage the full billing cycle for dental and medical practices using GoodX, from preparing and submitting medical aid claims to following up on unpaid, short-paid, and rejected claims until they’re resolved.

I started as a freelance billing coordinator in 2021 and launched the PrimaMed bureau in October 2023. I verify membership, benefits, and authorisations before treatment, and maintain patient accounts and payment reconciliations.

I introduced billing procedures that reduced outstanding receivables and improved practices’ cash flow. I also manage staff, client relationships, and the bureau’s accounts.

Before PrimaMed, I built and maintained client websites in WordPress and HubSpot at Outdoor-SA, where I also handled client accounts and queries. I’m based in South Africa, work remotely, and bring 11 years of living and working in London and familiarity with UK working culture.
