What I'm looking for

I seek a healthcare role where I can lead operations or coding teams, improve billing and claims accuracy, mentor staff, and contribute to process and compliance improvements in a patient-focused organisation.

I am an experienced healthcare professional with deep expertise in medical coding, clinical billing, and practice management, complemented by leadership of debtor management and process optimisation teams. I bring proven ability to implement procedures, train staff, and improve accuracy and efficiency across healthcare administration.

In operational roles I have overseen medical debtors, guided teams to resolve claims and queries, and worked closely with quality hubs and other department heads to drive compliance and performance. Prior roles include practice management where I handled patient intake, scheduling, billing, records and communications.

I am reliable, curious, and committed to continuous learning—holding qualifications in ICD-10 and clinical coding, medico-legal awareness, and clinical research fundamentals—while valuing loyalty, optimism and service to patients and colleagues.
