I run online brand protection programs for DACH and international accounts at Corsearch, using Zeal to detect, track, and mitigate IP infringements across marketplaces and social media. I lead onboarding end-to-end, align program strategy with clients, and manage trademark and copyright enforcement actions through to completion.
Before Corsearch, I spent nearly a decade at CONCENTRIX (formerly Webhelp/Xtrasource) moving from customer support into social media management, training, and eventually project and process ownership. I coordinated cross-functional operations across contact center, compliance, marketing, and logistics—then backed improvements with RCA, CAPA, and tool validation.
I’m hands-on in daily execution: setting analyst priorities, reviewing quality, standardizing workflows from bottlenecks and audit findings, and reporting performance through QBR/MBR-style insights. I also led transitions and knowledge transfer (including directing an operational transition to Bulgaria) while keeping compliance steady in regulated environments.
