What I'm looking for
I’m a seasoned IT leader with 20+ years of experience in Infrastructure Management, Service Delivery, and Digital Transformation. I’ve led large-scale IT operations across cloud environments, enterprise infrastructure, and cybersecurity programs to keep services highly available and aligned to business goals.
In my current role as Head of Infrastructure at 1Pay Mobileware (Jan 2025–Present), I define and execute IT infrastructure strategy, manage cloud, data center, and network operations, and drive cybersecurity and compliance across ISO 27001, SOC2, and RBI-aligned governance. I also lead infrastructure cost optimization and manage vendors and budgets while coordinating cross-functional teams across infrastructure, security, and applications.
Previously, as Project Manager at Infosys (Sep 2020–Dec 2024), I managed EUC, O365, Exchange, and Service Desk delivery for the Europe region, strengthening SLA governance and escalation management while implementing service improvement and cost optimization initiatives. Earlier at Capgemini (2015–2020), I led workplace services for Heathrow Airport, handling application packaging, deployment, EUC services, and stakeholder management—grounding my leadership in practical service delivery and continuous improvement.
