At Tagit India Pvt. Ltd., I delivered 90+ demos and solution walkthroughs for Family Banking and Digital Banking prospects across APAC, the Middle East, and Africa. I also led RFP/RFI responses and conducted discovery workshops with prospective clients.
I supported solution proposals by preparing BRDs, FSDs, and other documentation, and by contributing to SOW preparation. I worked with Product, Engineering, UX, and Delivery teams to define solution approaches and feasibility.
At Clayfin Technologies, I delivered demos for Digital Banking and PFM opportunities and led RFP/RFI responses. I also led the end-to-end implementation of a Personal Financial Management solution for a retail bank.
Earlier, at SBI Payments, I managed value-added services in the POS terminal ecosystem and led the development of ONDC and SBI epay through platform launch. At HDFC Bank Ltd., I worked in transportation finance and branch banking, including managing HNI client relationships and reviewing financing proposals.
