What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a hybrid role where I can manage client and stakeholder relationships, coordinate complex program delivery, improve operational processes, and use data to strengthen service outcomes.

At Great Learning, I managed end-to-end operations for concurrent Data Science and Business Analytics cohorts serving approximately 250 active learners. I coordinated learners, faculty, mentors, admissions, sales operations, and technical support to resolve complex issues.

I tracked attendance, engagement, feedback, schedules, open issues, and KPIs in Excel and program trackers to support stakeholder decisions. I also delivered training on LMS workflows, issue handling, and operating standards, earning Bullseye Bagger, MVP of the Month, and Innovative Initiative awards.
