At AMETEK Instruments, I drove HR automation across attendance, leave, comp-off, HR letters, and intern tracking, reducing unaccounted leave from around 2,000 to 20 days per month. I also standardized job codes and role structures to improve role clarity.
At MResult Services Pvt. Ltd., I co-created a performance management system that shortened appraisal cycles from 90 to 30 days. I also served as functional consultant for Zoho HRIS, automating hire-to-retire processes and introducing dashboards for leadership decisions.
