What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead people and operations in a high-volume, service-focused environment where I can develop teams, improve performance, strengthen compliance, and enhance customer experience.

At Discovery Health Medical Scheme, I led claims-processing teams as second-in-charge to the Operations Manager, driving KPI performance, quality, compliance, employee development, and service delivery in a high-volume environment.

I've progressed through claims assessment, contact-centre consulting, service-specialist, and team-leadership roles, resolving complex customer and stakeholder matters while improving workflows, accuracy, and operational outcomes.
