At Belay Solutions, I serve as the primary operations partner for Summit Solutions Property Services, coordinating residential and commercial projects from initial inquiry through completion. I maintain schedules, proposals, and project records across Buildertrend, Service AutoPilot, and Aspire.
I manage communications for more than 50 prospective and active client accounts, supporting timely follow-up and issue resolution. I also prepare client documents and maintain bookkeeping records, including reconciliations, billing, and financial reporting.
For Gratus Wealth Strategies, I supported service for approximately 30 client households and managed sensitive financial documentation. I maintained records and workflows in Wealthbox and Charles Schwab Advisor Center while coordinating communications, calendars, and reporting.
I’ve also supported a Deltek Vantagepoint implementation at SOMOS Group and office operations at Studio 483 Architects. I founded Moore Family Yardwork, where I managed client relationships, scheduling, invoicing, and day-to-day business operations.
