Megan Martin

I’m a highly organized, people-focused professional with more than 15 years of experience in program coordination, client support, healthcare education, training, and team leadership.

I began my career in 2010 as a Breastfeeding Peer Counselor with the Northeast Texas Public Health Department, where I worked directly with families to provide education, encouragement, and practical support. I became an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant in 2018 and later moved into program leadership, becoming a Peer Counselor Coordinator in 2022.

In my current role, I coordinate staff, support program implementation, develop educational materials, organize outreach and support-group initiatives, train team members, communicate with families and community partners, and manage multiple projects and priorities at once. Much of my work involves taking complicated information or processes and making them easier for other people to understand and use.

I also own Tide & True Travel, where I manage client consultations, trip research, itinerary planning, logistics, communication, marketing content, and ongoing client support. Running a business has made me even more comfortable working independently, managing deadlines, solving problems, and communicating with clients remotely.

I’m strongest in roles that combine organization, communication, problem-solving, and helping people. I enjoy creating structure, improving processes, supporting a team, and making the client or customer experience feel smooth and personal.

I’m currently seeking a fully remote, work-from-anywhere position in program coordination, operations, customer success, client experience, training and education, healthcare or wellness, travel operations, or a related field.
