Corrine Harrington

I'm a program and operations coordinator with four years of experience building the systems, relationships, and training infrastructure that keep large, multi-stakeholder initiatives running smoothly. My background spans healthcare and education, where I've learned the importance of scalable processes and stakeholder relationships.

I currently serve as Senior Program Coordinator of External Relations and Education at UT Dell Medical School, where I manage operations across three statewide pediatric mental health access programs and a cross-program pilot consisting of 73 school districts, 1,400 school staff, and 1,200 physicians. In my role I am building the kind of trust that keeps programs running at scale. I also lead hiring and onboarding for new positions, coordinate statewide clinical training logistics, and manage vendor and purchasing workflows for a new pilot program I helped implement.

One of my proudest achievements has been founding the Outreach team at TCHATT, where I built a training and onboarding function from scratch, provided end-to-end coordination for 73 training sessions in two months, and drove a 61% increase in completed trainings — work that was later adopted as a model across other program teams. Additionally in this role I have identified inefficiencies and fixed them myself, like building a Microsoft Power Automate workflow that eliminated manual steps in our continuing-education tracking process, and created the organizational standard for how our team documents work in Salesforce.

I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Albright College with a B.A. in Psychology and a 4.0 GPA, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding people and what drives engagement, something I use daily in stakeholder relationship management.
