At Brokenshire Integrated Health Ministries Inc. (BIHMI), I coordinated training and development initiatives as Resource Development Coordinator, including planning and execution.
I developed training modules, IEC materials, and learning resources for community-based programs, and coordinated with program teams, partners, and health professionals.
As Program Area Coordinator at BIHMI, I coordinated community-based training and facilitated capacity-building sessions for community groups and health volunteers. I also supported leadership and skills development training for community organizations.
I contributed to program monitoring and evaluation, data collection, and reporting. I’m a Registered Social Worker and a member of the Philippine Association of Social Workers, Inc.
