What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead training facilitation and learning program coordination—designing instruction, documentation, and learning evaluations while collaborating with educators and partners to improve outcomes.

I’m a Magna Cum Laude graduate and Licensed Professional Teacher with experience in learning facilitation, curriculum development, learning program coordination, documentation, and stakeholder engagement. I design instructional materials, facilitate training and learning sessions, monitor participant progress, and prepare reports that support continuous improvement.

In my roles across schools and the university, I’ve collaborated with educators, administrators, and external partners to implement learning initiatives and educational programs. I also led publication and research initiatives as Editor-in-Chief (PNU LIO and InVoLB’s Flight 2024 Issue) and chaired research and communications efforts that strengthened knowledge-sharing and organizational learning.
