I’m looking for a role where I can own learning programs end-to-end—planning, delivering, and improving training using data and documentation rigor—while partnering cross-functionally. I want autonomy for independent remote work with flexible shifts and measurable impact.

I’m a Learning & Development Partner with 8+ years of experience in project coordination, client/stakeholder relationship management, and administrative support in fast-paced environments. I help teams succeed by facilitating training interventions nationwide, managing program execution from planning to evaluation, and keeping information flowing for productivity.

In my current role at Pioneer Insurance & Surety Corp., I oversee end-to-end program delivery and strategize initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. I collaborate with vendors, department heads, and learners to assess needs and support job/role readiness, while also developing and quality-checking bespoke training modules such as Presentation Effectiveness and Image Etiquette for sales bootcamp programs.

Previously at Maxicare Healthcare Corp., I coordinated and facilitated onboarding, product knowledge, systems, and refresher programs for Operations and Sales teams across distribution channels. I conducted Learning Needs Analysis using the ADDIE framework, prepared and quality-checked training modules, manuals, decks, and collaterals, and ensured data integrity through post-training evaluations and effectiveness monitoring (including revalida), supported by dashboards, reports, and an annual Calendar of Programs.

I also bring strong talent and compliance experience. I handled full-cycle recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, coordination), managed accreditation/document review for completeness and accuracy, and supported accreditation readiness to enable agent activation. Earlier, I strengthened customer support fundamentals by resolving issues, clarifying expectations, and escalating unresolved concerns—habits I still apply to improve stakeholder alignment and learner outcomes.
