I am a dedicated community development officer with over a decade of experience in non-governmental organizations, particularly in enhancing educational and social initiatives. My journey began with a strong foundation in administrative roles within hospital and call center environments, which equipped me with essential organizational and problem-solving skills. At Save the Children, I engaged with various partners to promote Comprehensive School Safety and empower communities through innovative programs.

Throughout my career, I have successfully organized training workshops and awareness campaigns, particularly focusing on women's roles in social change. My experience as a Conservation Specialist at Haribon Foundation allowed me to facilitate capacity-building sessions that directly impacted project beneficiaries. I thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with local communities, government agencies, and stakeholders to implement projects that address critical issues such as livelihood, health, and disaster risk reduction.
