I'm looking for an IT Technician role where I can apply my Azure, desktop support, troubleshooting, and customer service skills, contribute high-quality support to a dynamic team, and continue learning and growing.

I'm building hands-on IT support capability through Azure virtual machine deployments, Active Directory administration, desktop troubleshooting, and CRM ticket workflows. I've resolved hardware issues, configured Windows VM access, and managed user accounts, groups, shared folders, and permissions.
