At International School Dhaka (ISD), I manage user accounts and access across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Okta. I also manage endpoint enrollment, configuration, software deployment, and remote administration with SureMDM and Addigy.
I monitor IT infrastructure and system performance with Prometheus, investigate availability issues, and troubleshoot network connectivity and endpoint problems. I support Windows and macOS devices, printers, Smart Boards/IFPs, and other IT equipment.
At Singularity Limited (Sister concern of RUNNER Group), I provided technical support for IT equipment and diagnosed hardware, software, LAN, and Wi-Fi issues. I installed and maintained MikroTik network equipment and monitored infrastructure using Grafana.
At DCiCON Limited, I supported users with computers, peripherals, software installation, and technical issue resolution. I also supported data-center-related products including PDU, DCIM, and SendQuick, and monitored website performance. My personal projects include FuelPicky, an online fuel delivery system, and a diabetic detection project using machine learning.
