What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote IT Help Desk position where I can use my diagnostic abilities, handle a high volume of tickets, resolve Level 1 support issues, and meet 24/7 SLA requirements.

I've supported Farooq Networks' NOC operations, maintaining network availability, managing user access, configuring routers, and resolving Level 1 connectivity issues.

In a self-hosted IT infrastructure lab, I built and administer a headless Ubuntu server through the CLI, deployed Windows Server and Active Directory, and simulated user creation, group management, and password resets. I also wrote Python automation scripts to streamline administrative tasks.

My hands-on work spans TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, subnetting, VPNs, firewall configuration, switching, routing, and uptime monitoring. I bring Google IT Support and Cybersecurity training, plus CCNA coursework covering enterprise networking, security, and automation.

I'm seeking a remote IT Help Desk role where I can diagnose issues quickly, manage high ticket volumes, and support 24/7 SLA commitments.
